Mold

This is a before and after picture of mold remediation. The home owners had several pipes break in their summer home over the winter while it was unoccupied. The result was mold over the entire house. In the after picture you can see the rebuild after the mold. Mold needs to be remidated as soon as it is found because of the health issues it can cause. Warm, humid conditions are ideal for mold growth. Most molds need temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Most molds need 24-48 hours of moisture to begin to grow.  if a suitable material in your home is wet for more than 24 hours then you run the risk of mold starting to grow.
